24 Hour Museum is an online gateway to the UK's museums, galleries and heritage sites by producing useful information about these providers including daily news articles, events and access to educational resources. The website at http://www.24hourmuseum.org.uk/ was originally developed in 1999 and is managed by Culture 24, an independent charity. There is a teacher's area which includes a curriculum navigator easing the searching of the database resources. Currently the site contains over 300 resources relating to diversity and more than 300 relating to identity including museums and galleries, articles, trails, events and educational resources. There is also a kid's area with museum interactives for children aged between 4 and 11.

Please note: 24 Hour Museum will change its name and website address to Culture 24 (http://www.culture24.org.uk) during 2008.
