The Local For Global website at http://www.local4global.org.uk is one of the outcomes of LaSER (London and South East England Regions) - a consortium aiming at enhancing and increasing the global dimension in schools. Schools that have engaged with the Global Dimension are featured on the website.  The site provides links to a large number of Global Citizenship websites with resources and teaching information. In addition there are links to educational resource centres within the South East of England. The organisation also provides other opportunities for citizenship by developing links with local museums, libraries and forwarding strategies such as Fair Trade status and Rights Respecting Schools.
