Get-a-Map is a free online mapping system covering the whole of Great Britain with mapping available from 1:25,000 scale to 1:1,000,000 scale. Locations on the online maps can be found quickly by postcode, grid reference or place name and these can be printed or saved as files for use in other software packages or copied and pasted into word documents for resource worksheets. The use of the mapping is free for use in teaching and own use but must be licensed if used for commercial gain.
